Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. Agreement to Official Rules The Contest begins on November 19, 2025 and ends on November 25, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted only during the Contest Period. The winner will be announced on November 26, 2025. Contest Period This giveaway is open to residents of the United States and Canada only. For winners located in Canada, all customs fees and import duties (if any) will be the responsibility of the winner. Eligibility On or about November 17, 2025, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries submitted during the Contest Period. Prize Drawing; Odds of Winning The potential winner will be notified via email. The winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and applicable laws. The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize within approximately five (5) days after the winner’s confirmation. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Winner Notification Prize If the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or unauthorized human intervention, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the issue and then resume it in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules, or (b) terminate the Contest and award the prize in a random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of termination. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Any attempt to damage the website or undermine the operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. General Conditions By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize. Entrants agree that the Released Parties shall not be liable for any technical malfunctions, unauthorized interventions, human errors, or other problems that may occur in connection with the Contest. In no event shall the Released Parties’ aggregate liability exceed the cost of entering and participating in the Contest. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, consequential, or other indirect damages. Release and Limitations of Liability Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Asheville, North Carolina, 28803. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of NC, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.
