How to Request a Return at East Perry
Looking to return or exchange?
Start a ReturnAt East Perry, we provide various return options, including Instant exchange, Product Exchange, Store Credit, and a refund.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact us: Reach out via email at hello@eastperry.com, message us through our contact form, or use our chat feature. Alternatively, visit our return portal by clicking the button above "Start a Return" or clicking this link https://www.eastperry.com/a/return.
Request review: After submitting your request, we will review it before approval. Your request must align with our return policy. Once approved, we'll send you a return label for your package. Pack and return your item in its original unused condition, including a note with your Name and Order Number.
Notify us: Email us once you've handed off the item to our partner carrier.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item.
General Return and Exchange Guidelines:
1. Items must be inspected upon receipt.
2. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
3. Approved exchanges and returns will be processed only after we receive the returned items.
4. Shipping costs for new items are covered by us for instant exchanges and product exchanges initiated within the 15-day window.
5. If you opt for store credit instead of an exchange, a full amount will be issued as store credit.
6. For full refunds instead of exchanges, an $8.95 processing fee will be deducted.Exchange Policy:
1. The return shipping fee on exchanges is waived for the first exchange per order on requests initiated within the 15-day window.
2. If an exchanged item does not meet your needs and you request a full refund instead of a second exchange, the $8.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. Postage costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.Returns and Exchanges Beyond 15 Days:
1. If a return or exchange is requested beyond the 15-day window, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost for the exchange.
2. Approval of exchanges beyond 15 days is subject to item inspection and availability.For Sheepskin Blankets/Mattress Covers/Bed Quilt/Area Rugs (Double, Quad, Sexto):
Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted sheepskin rugs, we require a 10% restocking fee on returns. Each rug is handwoven, ethically sourced, and made to order, requiring 1-2 months to produce. These rugs are large, carefully crafted, and not easy to handle, making returns a delicate process. This restocking fee also helps cover the expensive shipping costs we incur to have the rug returned to our warehouse.
If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and in its original condition.International Returns:
International customers must initiate returns, and there is no reimbursement for shipping costs incurred during the return process. Please consider this when initiating an international return. We are committed to providing the best service possible.
Unclaimed & Returned Packages Policy
If a package is returned to East Perry because it was neglected, unclaimed, or refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
The customer must cover the shipping cost to have the package resent, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
If you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping it, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. East Perry is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect them from a carrier holding facility.
Once the package is returned to us, we will contact you and we will be able to create a new payment link to cover the reshipping fee and get your order back on its way.
Cancellation Policy for Large Items
This policy applies to the following items: Bedcover & Mattress Topper, Area Rugs, and Sexto.
Orders may be canceled within 24-48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If canceled after 48 hours but before production begins, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund (or issued as store credit).
If canceled 5 days after purchase, a 30% cancellation fee will apply (or issued as store credit).
These items are costly to produce, ship, and prepare, which is why these fees are necessary. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
