Our hides remain naturally lanolin-rich, unlike many sheepskins on the market that are stripped during industrial tanning processes. This is the result of a traditional, gentle tanning method that protects the fiber’s natural structure and the restorative qualities that make sheepskin feel so uniquely calming.

"After suffering an injury to his TMJ, my dog has become much more of a cuddler than a chewer, so I was looking for something natural, non-toxic and comforting for him. I purchased Clover for my boy, and he absolutely loves it. He doesn’t chew on it—instead, he carries it around, cuddles and sleeps with it. Being an heirloom-quality item, I can certainly understand why it wouldn't be appropriate to market it generally for pets, and any item of this nature should be used with appropriate supervision. For my particular boy who is not a chewer and uses Clover strictly as a comfort item, it has been a wonderful natural alternative to synthetic stuffies I used to buy for him. Thank you East Perry for making such a beautiful & special item available. Clover has become a very special little companion for my very special boy."
