Return Period:
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase to ensure you are satisfied with your East Perry footwear and 10-day processing time for returns.
Items must be in new and unused condition and should only be tested on clean surface. We will not accept returns if it's been worn or dirty.
Easy Returns and Return Shipping:
We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all returns made within the 30-day window with a $8.95 return fee for full refunds which is waived if you choose in-store credits refund.
Return Process:
Use our online return and exchange portal to give us the details of your request and for us to print a pre-paid return shipping label for you to drop off your parcel.
Condition of Items:
Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Defective or Flawed Items:
If you receive a defective or flawed item, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via store credit if necessary. We charge $8.95 for original payment method refunds.
Warranty Returns:
Applies to footwear less than 60 days old from the date of purchase for defects in materials and workmanship.
Evaluations take 1 to 3 weeks from receipt.
This does not include a worn out sole from excessive use.
Exclusions and Final Sale Items:
Personalized, limited edition, and final sale items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Initial Exchange:
- Customers are entitled to one free exchange for footwear to ensure they receive the correct size and fit.
- The initial exchange must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
- To initiate the exchange, please follow the instructions on our returns page and provide the necessary details.
Subsequent Exchanges:
- Any additional exchange requests beyond the first will incur a processing fee.
- The fee for subsequent exchanges will cover the cost of shipping and handling.

Return Conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused, and clean condition.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for exchange or return.
