Order Processing Time:

At East Perry, we take immense pride in the uniqueness of our products, and as such, the production time may vary for each item. We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of when to expect your purchase, and to facilitate this, we provide a comprehensive Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for each product. This ETA is prominently displayed on the product page and upon check out.

Order Ready:

The "Order Ready" date range indicates when a product is prepared for dispatch. Each product has a unique Order Ready date range due to variations in production timelines. Every product undergoes a distinct production process. As a small farm, our production processes are tailored to each item, resulting in distinct Order Ready durations.

Shipping Preparation:

The Order Ready status also includes a 3-5 day shipping preparation period. During this timeframe, our dedicated team ensures that your package is securely packed and ready to ship. It's important to note that shipping preparation may vary, especially during peak periods, as we operate with a small shipping team. Increased order volumes during busy times can impact Order Ready durations. 

If you require expedited shipping for your order, please make a note during the checkout process. We are committed to providing the best service possible, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Shipping Duration:

While the shipping duration typically ranges from 3-7 days after dispatch, it's essential to note that actual delivery times may be influenced by factors such as your location and any unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Tracking Information:

To keep you well-informed, all our shipments include tracking. Once your package is dispatched, an email containing the tracking information will be sent to you. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order in real-time and anticipate its arrival with ease.

Shipping Method:

All our products except our Moroccan rugs are shipped from the USA via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). 

Shipping Moroccan Rugs:

These items ship from our studio in Casablanca, Morocco. Delivery times may vary depending on the location to which the rug is being shipped. For shipments to the USA, it would take 8-10 days. We will provide tracking details as soon as the package is handed over to our partner carrier.

International Shipping

We work with DHL to ship your package quickly and securely, ensuring your package arrives on time and in good condition. Your shipping fee paid at checkout includes all taxes and duties so that you can receive your package without worrying about paying a “delivery” fee or tax fee upon arrival.

Delayed Packages:

At times, packages may experience delays in reaching their destination, primarily due to customs procedures in the receiving country. Regrettably, this aspect is beyond our control, and patience becomes key. While the package eventually arrives, this delay can extend the shipping duration by an additional 2-3 weeks at most. It's essential to note that we have a refund policy in place if a package fails to show up within 17 days in the US and 5 weeks internationally after shipping.

Delayed Production:

Additionally, we acknowledge that delayed production can also impact the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). Unforeseen circumstances occasionally lead to delays in our production processes, subsequently affecting the timely shipment of orders. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and assure you that we are dedicated to minimizing such occurrences.

How to Request a Return
at East Perry

At East Perry, we provide various return options, including Instant exchange, Product Exchange, Store Credit, and a refund.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact us: Reach out via email at hello@eastperry.com, message us through our contact form, or use our chat feature. Alternatively, visit our return portal at https://www.eastperry.com/a/return.

Request review: After submitting your request, we will review it before approval. Your request must align with our return policy, available here: https://www.eastperry.com/pages/start-a-return. Once approved, we'll send you a return label for your package. Pack and return your item in its original unused condition, including a note with your Name and Order Number.

Notify us: Email us once you've handed off the item to our partner carrier.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if initiated within a 7-day window from receiving the item.

Items must be checked upon receipt of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

We will fulfill approved requests once we have received the returned items.

Shipping costs for new items are covered for instant exchange and product exchange.

A full amount will be issued for store credit requests.

For full refunds instead of exchanges, a $8.95 fee will be deducted.

The return fee on exchanges is waived for one exchange per order. If you decide the exchange doesn't work and want a full refund, the $8.95 will be deducted.We cannot refund postage costs, and the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

For Moroccan Rugs: We do not accept returns for Moroccan rugs due to their unique nature. Each rug has slight variations in color and design (5-10%). These variations result from the artisanal process involving sun and water, creating distinctive pieces of art. Handwoven, no two rugs are identical.

International Returns: International customers must initiate returns, and there is no reimbursement for shipping costs incurred during the return process. Please consider this when initiating an international return. We are committed to providing the best service possible.

SALE items cannot be returned.

We do not reimburse for packages returned due to neglect to pick them up at the local post office after receiving notification. If your package is returned due to neglect, we cannot refund your order.
