Dena is a 4th generation Comanche Spaniard. After working in the Los Angeles Fashion District for 12 years with top designers, She opened WesterlyUSA in 2018. She focuses on vintage goods & handmade artisanal relics. Up cycling, and creating from materials that may have been headed to landfill. Dena and Janine both have a heart for honoring and sharing natural fabrics that are good for you and enhance your life. They share the same belief system and values surrounding the reverence of sheepskin pelts, respecting and celebrating them. They started a working relationship together a year ago and are excited to be bringing you small batch, one of a kind sheepskin bags to bring joy into your everyday life. Dena has made a collection that are ready to ship now, and we have opened a presale for the next batch incase you miss this one! Handmade Luna messenger/ saddle bag 1

Handmade Luna messenger/ saddle bag made from Organically tanned, small farmed East Perry Greenland Sheepskin pelts.

Great for crossbody or shoulder wearing.

I envisioned this bag as the bag I would take to outdoor makers' festivals like the famous Mercado Sedgrado of Topanga Canyon, California. It’s a fun, cheerful statement bag.

Specs:

The opening is roughly 12 inches.

Depth is roughly 10 inches

The strap is roughly 35 inches

Each bag has slight size variations due to the pelt's natural size differences.

All bags have a heavy-duty gold magnetic closure, and flap.

Completely one of a kind, there will never be 2 of the same.

Each bag was made by Dena of Westerly USA, on her 1930’s Pfaff Machine.
