If using between the legs, we recommend a thinner pillow insert. The double sheepskin without the insert already creates a lot of thickness, so a thin pillow is ideal.

Double-sided, soft Medical Relugan natural-color sheepskin pillow cover.

*Cover only - can be stuffed with an insert or with loose pillow stuffing, as the leather side is very thick and you won't notice lumps from the loose stuffing.
